Bloodrayne 2 HD widescreen and texture patch

Link here http://www.coopdb.com/modules.php?name=BR2fsaa looks great adds bump mapping refraction reflections and any resolution just use the br2fsaa config file and edit, it its all explained at the side of the config file, also using Pinnacle game profiler so i can use the trigger butoons on my 360 controller. hope this helps any rayne fans get a hd fix

run the config program from inside your bloodrayne directory its called br2fsaa config and follow the readme also did you download the hd packs there are 4 files too unzip into the directory

So, is this a 100% solution for widescreen gaming? Why Steam itself didn't add some patch?

ive tried using tools like these but for some reason my br2.exe cant find steam so wont run unless i use the steam cliente to play so i cant really use the tool any help?

Because Steam has no role in distributing fan patches of games. They only update games if the owners of the game give them newer versions of the game to upload to their servers.

tried it and it doenst work for me. when i try to start the game on steam, it tells me "BR2.exe has stopped working".
when i want to start the game from the folder, it tells me that it cant find steam.

i have unzipped the folders in to the base folder. but do i have to add them in to the system folder? do i have to choose if i want HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW? this i cant find out if i have done it right or wrong.

I guess it's 4:3 for me. With br2fsaa game just crashes on start...

The widescreen bit works, only it makes the resolution you set for BR2 proper the one that the HUD uses, so you end up with a 1280x1024 HUD with border overlaying the 1920x1080 screen at the top left. Anyone else have this or know how to fix it?

I got the Extended, and tweaked it a bit. WOW.

TURN OFF STEAM OVERLAY & it works, that's the only issue I had.

This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gorgeous now!

I believe I've installed everything but when I run the game from STEAM the config screen comes up and overrides everything. If I try and run the executable file it fails as it cannot locate STEAM. Any advice?

Sorted - Norton Antivirus was removing the dll as a file of unknown origin!
