Lavalon weapon or fire weapon?

I discover that a lot of player using fire weapon and enchant it to +20, why they do not use lavalon weapon and enchant it to +20? So which one is better? And last question, where to get the fire weapon?

Fire elemental weapon is better for PvP, this is one of the reasons this weapon is so overused.

It also requires no prerequisite quests, since you just need to do some runs in the elemental dungeon (level 40 or above is requiered) while Magma weapon does.
