Can't login
Says Failed to Login every time i open the game.

Someone mentioned that launching Dragon Saga through the .exe in the Steam folder lets you bypass that problem. Try it.

Yeah but idk what my login are as i played via steam and didnt have to make an acc for it

I had the "Database Server Error". The following worked for me:

1. Open the warpportal website
2. Click on "LOG-IN" on the top of the website
3. If you remember your mail-address and your password, Log in.
3.1 If not (this was my problem) click on "forgot password?" and try to recover the password from a mail you think it is the address you registered with .
3.2 check your mails for a link to create a new password.
3.3 If it worked so far, you can log in with your mail and new password.
4. You should now get a welcome screen with a cryptic Accountname(random numbers). Click on "Account Information"
5. Scroll down to "Game Accounts" and Click on "edit" next to your Dragon Saga name.
6. Click on "*Forgot Your Game Password" and fill the formular.
7. Check your Mails to change the game password. (In my case the website did not respond after clicking on "submit" the changes will still be adopted)
8. Go to the game folder open the patcher.exe and launch the game.
9. Log-in with your Game-Account name (the name next to the edit button from step 5) and your new password.
10. The login should work. You can also launch the game normaly through steam.

As Tobias stated, you will have to change your password, both for your Warpportal and Game Accounts before accessing the game. If you experience issues during the password change process, please contact our support team at https://support.warpportal.com. Our team is currently investigating problems regarding players from the EU having trouble with the password changing process, and we will post updates to our social media once these issues have been resolved.

When I launch the game from steam the "Database Error" shows up.

Every time I try to log in with my old account on the site I get the "You are not in an allowed territory to view this content" Notice.

I tried to change my password but every time i get the "There was a problem communicating with the server. Please try again later or contact customer support for help."

I made a brand new account and launched the game from its folder and I can play normally.

The issue causing problems for EU access should now be resolved, though any accounts that have not changed their passwords will still need to do so. Please contact our support team if you are still experiencing any problems.

I did again what Tobias said and everything works now except that my account
is restricted for security reasons every time I try to open the market or interact with different npcs. :)))))
