I Need help with (Database server error has ocurred)

When i click "play" in launcher. Game starting to load. A screen appears where I would have to enter my username and password. But he does not appear, and instead this message appears (Database server error has ocurred).
If anyone knows what i can do to fix this, please let me know.

Have the same issue before, but did the following to fix it on my side:
0. To be safe, make a backup of the game copy before you continue, to avoid have to redownload everything again.
1. Downloaded the game client again from https://forums.warpportal.com/index.php?/topic/190579-solution-clientpatcher-problemsclient-file-corrupted-message/
2. Extract the archive and overwrite the one you downloaded before in the steam common folder.
3. Deleted the patch.id in the game folder and start Patcher.exe.
4. Let the patcher finish itself and the patcher should ask for restart.
5. After the patcher restart you should be able to enter the game with steam account without the error.

I have same problem and i was wondering why there is an event about changing your password at this time, so i go to warpportal-kun home page, sign-in, check account game then change the password in dragon saga game. Well work and that only mean one thing, some how they got the database server error that why we have an event like that
