Cant find F5

It seems i cant find the F5 on johnny's solid decision. it doesnt show anywhere. i need this as prerequisite to enter underground's tomb. cant find it even at lvl 29 at kalygon

You're going to want to do literally every single red quest from level 1-60. Also don't forget to pick up your free IM set in Port of the Winds(by Bearded Whale Coast). It's the Event Quest down there. Doing Orc field for a little bit at level 20ish will provide the Backpack which will give you the IM set bonus effect.

Found the problem that probably will help. First please check the Journal (J) >> Quest and see if there's any red quest that u missed. Hope this helps.
