Failed to download Patcher.id

My Dragon saga Patcher.exe keeps on failing to patch. Usually if this happen, i tried to re-download the patcher via steam and the patcher will run perfectly normal again but this time doesnt work. i Have tried everything and it still does not work. Can someone enlight me pls?

Try to download a pre-patched version, then place inside your Steam Dragon Saga folder.
