What does' 2 Ghz with SSE2 instruction set support' mean in the requirements?

I would like to get this game, but have no idea what '2 Ghz with SSE2 instruction set support' means! I have never sen that before.
My PC is an HP from 2011, with dual processors at 3.20GHz.
How do I find out if I can run the game please.

Your CPU can run it. I *wish* Steam just had a button for "Can I run this?".

In Steam at the top click on "Help" then "System Information". This will list a LOT of information about your system.
