If I'm not mistaken, Contest Cosmectics are in the free rift track and after they come to store in only shards price. BHVR doesn't make money with them.

Sadly countries have their own laws and regulations regarding online contests, that limits BHVR's ability to open the contests to everyone.

It's like Hollywood movies, everything happens in rich western countries - like aliens visiting New York or Iron Man vs Captain America in German airport.
