That's not what we meant by rework lol. Nothing new was added. Only existing things were improved. Is this what a rework is?

Overall looks promising. I do believe that he will probs will be around the high B to low A tier overall, but with him falling off slightly for higher MMR. Will likely be a strong noob/soloQ stomper but better SWFs would be able to coordinate with each other to prevent some of his abilities (healing teleport and proper clock use). Overall this should put him around the Average mark though.

This is the biggest single killer update since Legion. It completely changes how you play him in every match. Gives him new strengths and new weaknesses. I'd say this is the definition of a rework.
