KEEP THE HASTE STACKS BUT NERF ALL SURV PERKS WITH HASTE TO 30 SECONDS, SURVIVORS SHOULD NEVER RUN FASTER THAN AN KILLER ESPECIALLY IF IT LASTS INDEFINITELY.
