The perks do not look that good

My feedback on the new survivor perk "Moment of Glory" in my opinion this perk should only need 1 chest to charge. Inner strength requires only 1 totem heals u much faster in comparison and is much safer and easier to use with less risk. Yes moment of glory is over time but it takes 60 seconds to activate and has the risk of being downed during that 60 seconds where Inner Strength heals you in 8 seconds from a safe position. Comparing these two perks inner strength is just infinitely superior. I think of "Moment of Glory" is reduced down to 1 chest then it becomes equally good and fills a different niche then inner strength does. Please consider this change to make the perk actually useful and worth taking. I also am completely against the new killer perk blocking chests. CHEEST are ALREADY bad to do overall and barely ever done why even add anything atm into the game that would more discourage people to try to do them.

Yeah, lets give survivors 1,000,000 move speed, and if the survivors see the killer 1 time, even through aura, the killer's move speed is reduced by 50% for 300 seconds, CD is 1 second.
