The absolute insanity of Killer Speed Perks
Play With Your Food - You're forced to drop chase to gain 5% for each stack, wasting immense time for temporary value.

NOED - You have to be in end game and your speed is dependent on a totem.

Rapid Brutality - Straight up removes bloodlust for a temporary 5% speed boost.

If you compare this to perks like Made For This and Hope, the Killer has to perform gymnastics and give their left thumb just to gain 5% movement speed TEMPORARILY. Meanwhile, survivors have two speed perks, Hope and Made For This, that are relatively easy to proc, can be used together, and are PERMANENT! Even NoED is bound to a totem and can be countered by cleansing... Hope is just there if you don't tunnel someone out before the endgame, and its not like you can plan on who has Hope or Made For This.

Not only that but the amount of Endurance Perks is laughable this meta. Endurance for picking someone up. Endurance for picking yourself up. Endurance for being picked up. Endurance for pressing E. Endurance for breathing. Maybe a massage and a hot bath while you're at it.

Survivors have a perk that outperforms most other perks and gives two effects while essentially passively playing the game. While the Killer has to play ring-around-the-rosie to gain even a stack of PWYF or surrender a whole ass feature like Bloodlust.

My proposed changes for Killer Perks involving movement speed:

> PWYF should grant full stacks after abandoning chase with a healthy Obsession, and 1 stack for an injured Obsession. Since the stacks are lost very easily, and difficult to get them back, I don't think this would make the perk overpowered, as you're essentially surrendering chase to chase someone else better.

> Rapid Brutality should not get rid of Bloodlust entirely, because Bloodlust is needed in some scenarios to prevent just looping a Huntress or Hag around the same walled tile. Instead, it should increase the time it is required to gain a tier of Bloodlust... say 6 additional seconds to gain a tier of Bloodlust.

> NOED is already strong, they should just remove the movement speed bonus from the perk since exposed survivors is already a strong effect.

For the love of god, stop making Killer perks involving movement speed requiring a whole ass ritual to gain it while survivors gain it passively from playing through a game.
