I imagine T-1000 would make a good one.
For one the main weapon could be a simple hand-transformed-to-spike.
Secondly because the later versions (T-X, Rev-9) had similar nanomachinery and thus could perform at least a little the same way explaining its ability. Whatever its ability could be. T-800, while iconic, would require the use of guns to be "special", and Im not sure if that suits DBD.
I think immunity to stuns should be a terminator power.. Being unstoppable is very much a terminator thing.
For me its T-1000. Hands Down. He's abilities are so varied and can make for some amazing gameplay if they implent some of them.
Like being able to go liquid and blend in with surroundings for a jump scare hit, imagine your walking around midwhich, its quiet, you hear nothing, you see nothing all of a sudden the chair next to you just slashes you across the back with a metal stabby weapon as he turns back into "Human" form, or Being able to take the form of a random survivor for say 10 seconds to allow him to sneak up on survivors, being able to avoid pallet stuns perhaps would be fun, as he's liquid metal, and slamming a pallet down on him only knocks away part of him which he can choose to recollect or to can ignore and continue the chase. Maybe make it so the more liquid he looses the less effective his powers are, or his speed or some detrement, and the liquid always slowly moves in his direction, and when he's at full capacity hes at his most dangerous. Things like flashlight blinds, stuns etc could perhaps knock bits off. t1000 has so many possibilities its insane. And having Sarah Connor from T2 when she was a certified bad ass would be awsome.
Since dbd loves supply chests, can even perhaps make a mechanic where you can get say liquid nitrogen grenades which survivors can use to slow down his puddles he leaves behind, or make him vulnerable to pallet stuns for a short period if you can hit him with it.
And similarly to flame turrets, survivors could have some tool to freeze and slow him down.
T-100 would be an interesting killer depending on how they do him, He NEEDS the ability to turn into the survivors but also to be very quick (so basically what people thought legion was)
Rev-9 "Meh" action was he was cool but i didn't really connect with the Legion anywhere as well as Skynet
Meme killers
7-7T or T-1 to chase and gun down the survivors
Harvesters to wipe the map
T-3000 to ruthlessly hunt down the survivors
Swarm of HK aerials it would be cool because you can use the mini "drone sized" ones to fit in the indoor maps
Visually, the T-800 is much cooler but what kind of perks and unique power he could have? Wallhacks like Lethal Pursuer? Because that's the only thing I can imagine, it's difficult to come up with something else imo.
Marked For Termination - When revealing the obsessions Aura or causing them to scream, The terminator gains 5% haste and applies exposed for 30 seconds, If the Obsession is dead then instead of becoming exposed a new survivor will become the obsession
"Hex: Judgement Day Is Inevitable" - When a generator is completed all survivors scream and their auras are shown to the killer for 10 seconds, If a survivor is hit within 20 seconds of perk activation then all nearby survivors suffer hindered
Mission Objective - When the killer gets stunned or blinded then he gains a token, The next time he walks near a destroyable door or pallet He has the option to consume a token and instantly destroy the obstruction
They are a little bit strong so they will need to be dialed down quite a bit but i reckon its a good start, These perks only work with the T-800 though possibly? the T-1000 but "eh" not really a fan of that idea
I really love the idea of "Mission objective" because i feel like killers need a perk at the moment that can destroy pallets more reliably when its needed instead of a random pallet drop
As for his power? I genuinely have no idea but probably something to do with his metal endoskeleton
Uh, no offense but these sound like slightly different versions of stuff that's already in the game. "Mission objective" actually gave me an idea, though... what if the Terminator had a shotgun but can't shoot survivors, only (dropped) pallets and doors? So you could destroy them from a distance while moving, that would be interesting. After each shot you gotta reload, though, and reloading makes you slower. You have a limited amount of ammo that can be buffed with addons. Needless to say, the iconic reload from T2 MUST be in the game lol.
Yeah thats what i was thinking with the perks after i wrote em, I figured we don't really need another gen slowdown perk. But having a hex that activates AFTER a gen is completed would be nice as thats something we don't have yet, Killers also needs a perk to destroy pallets quicker for chase, we have one that lets us destroy them slightly faster but its dogwater and we have Dissolution but it only activates when you A: Hit the survivor and B: They fast fault over the pallet they dropped and 9/10 times when you hit a survivor near an already dropped pallet, they'll just run to a different location. Spirit Fury is good but it requires you to get stunned by pallets which is not really something desired during a chase as killer. So the pallet perk definately fills a whole currently full of niche perks. Marked for termination sounds like friends till the end tho
I feel like giving him a shotgun but not letting him shoot survivors with it is a low for alot of players :P, We've seen terminators across the movies both armed and unarmed so the terminator in the game very well could be either. But if they gave me a shotgun and didn't let me shoot Davids with it then i'd be depressed ngl
And with the shooting, reload and moving slower, Isn't that just Deathslinger? because i feel like trading the ability to shoot survivors for the power to shoot pallets is a little "eh"
I don't see any similarity with Deathslinger, except for having a gun. A Terminator is more than able to kill even if unarmed, sure, but he's almost always carrying a gun in the movies... I just think it would be weird to not have one, you know. And the survivors are unarmed, so shooting them would be a waste of ammo, they do not pose a serious threat. Do you know the video for You Could Be Mine, a song by Guns N Roses? Skip to the end:

When he looks at Axl Rose, the assessment is: waste of ammo. I think it would be funny as hell to have that in the game, if you aim at a survivor
