Dedicated server not responding - please fix this

Every single night, I get disconnected a fair portion of the way through the match, with nothing to show for it but a loss of addons and offerings, and a ban. It's not my internet connection - that is consistently high speed and stable. The message states the dedicated server is not responding. Why is this a ban? Why does it happen so much? Devs, please fix this. I am unable to progress through challenges or enjoy a SWF because of this.

i agree same here i got banned for 24 hours last night and now tonight didn't even get to finish one match before your server issues ad no i get a ban for 48 hours. something needs to happen
instead of coming out with dlcs' fix the server issues. j/s
