Starstruck is too OP
Now I understand this perk on trickster in his current condition, he's weak so he needs it as HIS perk. However making this perk available to everyone else is not only a huge issue but also broken AF. For example, on small maps this perk makes it so that you have a full game NOED, and with killers that are ranged this is the most broken perk in the game. Take a small map and huntress and it's already pretty hard, but with this perk if you're remotely near her it's lights out.

Or don't take a hit. Unhooking gives more bloodpoints anyway :P

That's easy to say but when you have to survive for 60 seconds against a ranged killer on a tiny map, go ahead, try avoiding every hit. There's a reasonable time for exposed, which is why all the other exposed perks activate at a specific time in the game, but to have it just activate every time someone's in your terror radius is bull:DSTpoop:.

30sec. The cooldown of this perk are 60sec but you're basically right. You have to hide this amount of time

It's not like the perk reveals where you are. Be patient, wait for the unhook to actually be safe, and then go for it. It's no different than Make Your Choice unless people play like idiots.

It only activates when carrying a survivor. Seriously, just wait for them to hook or avoid them till they drop the guy. It's literally there to curb this hyper aggro meta that's plagued this game for the past 4 years. Seriously, I rarely even see it turn on for me because [surprised face] I actually wait till it's safe to go for saves.

It's not just "when carrying a survivor" though, that's the problem. It's there for another 30/60 seconds.

30 seconds, and you need to down a survivor, pick him and then drop him. The killer already loses time in the pick up and drop down animations, just run away or hide. Only killers that may really benefict from it are spirut and nurse cause movility.

This perk is only remotely strong against those who have a strong desire to block hits, go for instant rescues or in otherwords a majority of SWFs.

If you're getting downed/upset over starstruck, then you're the exact reason this perk was made.

"Huntress has a 20m terror radius"
Her Lullaby does not count towards any terror radius related perk, including triggering Borrowed time and of course, Star struck.
Plus unless she's using say devour hope, most exposed status perks aren't remotely good on her with exception of iron maiden for reload increase.

Only ranged killer who can get most value would technically be deathslinger, but most people play him with a reduced terror radius so starstruck is already not too good with those kind of builds; but might be fun to try out.

The perk doesn't reveal where you are there are a ton that do reveal that you're there, the ones that makes you scream in the terror radius, and even a perk like BBQ that's designed to reveal people far away will reveal that you aren't out of the terror radius and the killer will know you're right there.

You say run away and hide like when you run away you don't leave marks that lead a killer right to you, and no, spirit and nurse aren't even remotely close to the only ones that benefit from that perk, anyone that had to hit you twice before now downs you instantly, movement speed may make it easier for spirit and nurse but they definitely aren't the only beneficiaries. For example huntress and deathslinger can annihilate any person they see with this perk.

Even 20m on a small map is a lot, plus remember she has a instadown hatchet addon as well, which is by itself enough to make the game almost impossible to win, but with this she wouldn't even need that addon.

The scream one reveals you when they down someone, which is by default before they pick them up. It's not like you're stuck there until they hook the person, then come looking for you. Even BBQ will only let them know that you're somewhere within a pretty decent-sized area, and definitely doesn't give direction. As long as you aren't hiding behind one of those pieces of terrain that isn't actually hiding you or aren't already injured, and thus failing already by hiding nearby, you'll be fine the vast majority of the time. Killers using BBQ would rather go for someone definitely over there progressing the game, not someone who is 'somewhere sorta nearby, maybe, unless they're actually smart and dodging BBQ vision via locker.'

The perk I like to use most to find people is whispers, highly effective, woefully underrated.
