Probably not. The devs have stated they want to stray away from implementing any "funny" concepts into their game until the very, very end of it's development cycle. And they've finished with all the chapters they plan on releasing. (If at all)

A girl chasing me around in a school dress and skirt? I just dont see it, but thats my opinion. I dont think the art style would be ported to DBD properly and look fitting for the game, also it would be a licensed killer so there would be no cosmetics, and thats if they get the rights in the first place.

Yandere dev would accept this 100% sure...he loves seeing yan chan in other games...so she would get customization...also ... you saw how she looks when at 0 sanity???
Also she would be a little bigger than hag cuz killers are bigger than survivors
