Well, that explains why they don't livestream
Results were good too. I'd get regular follows and of those a few would come to future streams. It did lure in toxic survivors regularly (regardless of which side I played), and most of those had to be banned since there's no reasoning with entitled children, but they did provide some entertainment for my chat at times.
All in all, having TTV in my name while being a streamer helped. Even if I was offline I still received follows and VOD views. It would have made LESS sense for me to NOT have TTV in my name at that time.
Now... why do some people have TTV in their names and either not have a channel or just never stream, period? Well... I've always assumed either as a joke, attempt to look 'pro' (cuz all TTVs are pros, right? hahaha... eh...), or as a jab against those of us who use/used TTV in our names.
My only thought when I see a survivor with TTV is "100% SWF", as that was often the case with survivor TTVers. If I was a killer, I knew I'd have to be in the mood for what would likely be a coordinated SWF with a good chance of toxicity. If I was playing survivor, I knew that I was NOT part of the SWF and therefore had a great chance of being sandbagged.
