Did Nurse's "insanity" lead her to kill herself?

The story is that she killed others, she wasn't killed, but the pillow case over her face makes me wonder - did she suffocate herself because she had mental health issues? I'm just really curious about the pillowcase, I guess. She also is suuuper raspy, so that would explain that?

And what is "Spencer's Last Breath"? Why is the name Spencer attached to it? Her lore has been confusing me for days.

I'm not sure about the first part since it's unknown how she died, but Spencer's Last Breath is explained. "The last breath taken from Crotus Prenn Asylum warden Patrick Spencer. Holding M2 will charge up a teleport, the range depending on how long you charge the Breath. After teleporting, there is a short time you can do two more short blinks chained together. After Teleporting, chain blinks or not, the Killer is stunned."

Well, Nurse floats with her feet pointed inwards, her head hung, and her arms just... dangling. And on the Dead by Daylight website the part of the site that shows the locations shows people hanging from the upper support beams of the Shock Therapy part of the Asylum, so she probably hung herself explaining the raspyness. Also, they're suppost to be bandages around her face, not a pillow case.

Oh, so did they make a typo in the game? If you go into the customization screen it says "Linen Pillowcase," thats why I said that.

The lore for this game contradicts itself sometimes, example the bodies of the owners of Coldwind Farms were never found, but on the website it says they were found with other dead livestock. And the Nurse's journal entry stats "Clad in bandages that tell an untold tale of something horrid.", but it's called a Linen Pillowcase. Maybe she turned a pillow case INTO bandages?
