Trapper, hillbilly, huntress, clown, doctor, ghostface, cannibel, pig, those are 100% human

Nurse very clearly has functioning lungs, you constantly hear her wheezing so corpse isn't the right word. Sally Smithson was just an orderly who worked at the Crotus Prenn asylum, who ironically went insane and killed all the patients and staff. Spirit still counts as human, Rin Yamaoka was the only child of the Yamaoka family, her and her mother were brutally murdered by her father wielding a katana. Her limbs were cut up, explaining why she looks the way she does in the realm of the entity
Hag was a villager who was kidnapped and held captive in a flooded cellar in a swamp, her captors who were cannibals and sliced off chunks of skin from her and the other people held in the cellar with her. She was held in there for weeks starved and slowly being cannibalized, explaining why she looks the way she does in the realm of the entity
and if you know anything about freddy krueger you know that he was a pedophile before he was burned alive, hence why he's so scarred on all parts of his body
People treat Superman as human, but they never consider him as a human being. From your aspect, every killer such as Sandman, Green Orb, Mandarin, Bulleyes,... shouldn't be consider as human and we can kill them without any hesitation, no need for laws.
No, and they also very different from Spiderman or any other. They are like a corpse, spirit that bound to an object. Having super power is different with being turn into something else. You can turn a human into a dog by using magic or any kind of advance technology but it doesn't mean that the dog would come with some bonus super power and the opposite, giving a human super power like an upgrade doesn't mean changing their definition of existence.
Let's make this absolutely and abundantly clear that Humans or people who were corrupted and changed, even to the point that their human form becomes less and less recognizable, are still human. In the same way that if you burn paper and it becomes all blackened, charred, and burnt, is still at the end of the day paper.
The Nazgul were corrupted by the evil of Sauron, much like the killers in Dead by Daylight were corrupted by the entity and given strange and unique powers and abilities. Teleporting, turning invisible, the strength to hoist full adults over their heads with ease, etc.
Every killer in Dead by Daylight either is human or at the very least we can all agree, was human. The proof is in their respective bios which tells about their lives prior to being servants in the realm of the entity.

For example, the Trapper bears many wounds that no human could feasibily survive while maintaining normal human functions, much less carrying people and swinging. However, the more obedient killers, such as Ghost Face (who apparently rouses the entity with his dark designs and shrewd composure, according to Thrilling Tremors), as well as Legion, both seem to get away with little mutation or influence.
Even the Entity can't handle the edgy of a bunch of teenager. That's why it split them into single and nerf the shjt out of them instead of giving super power. There's nothing in the world is dangerous and more powerful than an annoying teenager in their hormone day. DBD should have give this game another mode where there's 4-5 Legion roaming around smacking people. Of course survivor will get more advantage in many way such as Pistol and stuff.
All 4 Legion members are still human, as well as Ghostface, Clown, Huntress, Leatherface, Trapper, and Hillbilly. The others are either debatable if they're human and some are outright no longer human; Hag, Nurse, and Freddy for example.
Most of the ones that are difigured have some lore reasons.
Spirit: Was mutilated by her father.
Billy: Was born disfigured.
Freddy: Got burnt alive and became a demon.
Plague: Got infected with, well, a plague.
Hag: Was tortured, starved and kept prisoner by cannibals.
Trapper: I'm not sure but i guess he could have gotten the metal shards embeded into his arm when he blew up the mine.
Doctor: Might have gone crazy and performed experiments on himself.
Nurse and Wraith: Absolutely no idea. Probs mutated by the entity in order to give them powers.
Also, it seems like the entity intencionlly makes the killers more threatening looking and attempts to take away their human traits so that explains the voice.
Wraith. and Nurse. are the main ones we know were tortured into killing. Maybe trapper.
