The Bots are RUINING the 2v8 Mode.. And This Video Demonstrates Just a Small Sample of That!

Just one game. My last game in a 7 hour stream and I went off!

Let me know how your thoughts and experience so far with 2 survivor bots being added to every 2v8 game.

So far... I haven't noticed much difference. I've only played two survivor games, and in both they did fine I guess? The first they helped get all 8 out, the second they did well. They did better than some of the real players even. Same with my one killer game.

The real issue is the bots don't seem to be solving the killer queue issue, which is what they're there for.

Can't say the same for my games. Had a bot Adam just crouch in random places of the map, fully healthy, doing nothing, and body blocked me while I was in a chase.

The only positive thing I see is that bots will always try to uncage you, other than that I don't like bots in this mode, it's 2v6. It feels a bit empty as a survivor and annoying as a killer.

games are considerably better w/ just 1 bot. they need to make a change. many people (myself included) are not playing because of the bots, which is having the opposite affect on the queue times...

Survivor bots were intentionally programmed to be dumb and help the killer.

With bots you are playing 2v2v6 how much can the bots screw up before you quit and normal queue or something other than DBD

As a survivor main and having played for most of the day (8am - 6pm my time... I had the day off ok?) they are GARBAGE. They uncage you, but do hardly anything else. They run at a twig snapping, they constantly blow skill checks. They get stuck in running/vaulting loops. I watched one Leon bot get crows standing beside a gen I was working on and he didn't move, even when the killer came near. That happened on MacMillan. I have very rarely seen them do anything good today. They were suppose to help killer queue times, but I keep hearing they don't; and they def don't help survivors. I had ONE game that didn't have a bot in it today, ONE.

As a killer when i see i'm chasing a bot i just switch to an other target because i know they are useless, it makes the game so easy it's essentially just 2v6
