Best settings for OBS to stream on Twitch? I can't find anyone to help me..

So basically, the only game I'm having a hard time streaming is DbD. Every other game is smooth and works fine durring me streaming. I don't have a problem playing the game while I stream, nothing in the game works odd (besides the occasional lag). When I look at the stream to see how it's going/answer chat, the framerate for the stream is SUPER laggy, as in it's just a single frame every 30 seconds. The same is happening on my viewer's side. I've looked up everything, changed everything and STILL nothing works. The stream will run smooth while in the lobby, but the moment I'm actually in a game everything just stops and freeze frames.

This is very annoying and I've tried everything. I know I must be doing something wrong but I haven't gotten any clear answers yet.

To help, here's what I currently have for OBS. These listed are the only things I change to try and fix my issue. Sorry for the newb talk:

Upload speed ranges from 6.50-6.20

Encoder: x264
Rescale: 1280x720
CBR
Bitrate: 1200
Buffer size: 1200
Keyframe: 1
CPU Usage: Faster
Profile: main

Video
base: 1920x1080
Output: 1280x720
Downscale: Bicubic
FPS: 30

I don´t think there is something you can do. DbD is an unoptimized game and you are on a Laptop, not a very powerful one tho. Not the best combination. My guess is your integrated Video Card just can´t handle it. 8GB Ram is not much and so on.

Pretty sure you didn´t wanted to hear that, but that will be the problem. Sorry mate.
