'New' player on PC. Met 6 of them in a row, why only Doctors?

they are bots doing that 24/7 for leveling up and grinding shards so since they cant win its low mmr thing why only doctors because they can fool anti afk system with spamming shock therapies, m1 and with some random movements unlike others

Very strange, I have yet to encounter a AFK doctor.

And if I’m doctor sometimes I wait to see where survivors are headed to before heading over there with lethal pursuit.

The real answer is that doctor is the easiest to get points while using it's power so you can set up a auto key presser to spam abilities to farm massive points and get 10k a match easy especially when all 4 survivors find your non moving killer just casting your scream abilities and let it hit them a bunch

Doctor can swing towards the ceiling and you don't get hit nor in chase with him even if you stand right in front of him. That's why bots mostly choosing Doctor to farm.

I have not seen a doctor but several blights stuck in rooms just charging around being obvious bots.
