Wesker line?

I was trying to look into learning Wesker - and I'm quite interested in playing him. Learning the bonking on walls is easy enough, but learning the techs is pretty hard. I watched quite a few clips after watching some indepth guides, and in a couple of them this guy had a transparent line in the middle of his screen as a kind of 'aim assist' for his hugs? I was wondering if anybody knew where he got that, or if he made it, *how* he made it, because I'd love to have a little bit of an assist while I'm learning. Like training wheels.

NVidia Overlay has a prebuilt crosshair system in it. You can adjust that as well as filters for your game

Sadly it seems they removed the sticker feature people used for that, I'll have to look for another solution -w-' thanks for the help anyway
