Nancy and Steve Perks
So I have Nancy and Steve at p3, but their perks still aren't shared across all survivors? They locked the perks back behind the paywall but then don't make it like every other character perk?

Is this supposed to be like this? Is anyone else having this issues?

Their perks and Demogorgon's were made available to everyone when the DLC was taken away. They have not re-enabled the characters being tied to the perks as far as I know, not sure if they ever will.

So you're going to have to spend bloodpoints and unlock them manually since they are now "general" perks, instead of character specific.

When Stranger Things were discontinued from DbD, their perks were made into "General" perks, not associated with any survivor so that they would remain in-game.

They haven't updated them yet to make those perks "theirs" yet again.

Well the patch notes say: "If you levelled up a character while these Perks were general Perks, what you have unlocked will remain unlocked. However, you will not be able to unlock further Perk Tiers until you have purchased the Character Perk from the Shrine of Secrets or levelled up the Stranger Things characters to Prestige 1, 2, and 3."

So is it a bug or are they just not doing it?

Not a bug. They haven't been made into character-specific perks yet. They're giving a grace period for people to level the perks on other characters before they lock them behind prestiging the characters again
