As killer, I think those perks are op.
Whenever I play killer and get easy 2 hooks for each survivor before 2 gens have been completed, then I feel that it was unfair, the perks that I use that I think are op are.

-Starstruck
-Awakened Awareness
-Spies From The Shadows
-Nowhere to hide

Don't believe it? Try this build and you'll get easy 4k in almost every match, unless the survivors are a strong SWF.

Whenever that happens I just let the survivors go and allow them to complete the rest of the gens and escape.

how many hours do you have as killer
Silent Sword Aug 10, 2023 @ 7:02am
they only work together well if survivors all come to you when one falls which is poor way of play... how many matches did you play using those❔❕
not Op, good perks

Nowhere to hide is nice, Starstruck is only good if the survivors are dumb altruistic players trying a flashlight save.
I don't know what Awakened Awareness is.
Spies from the Shadows seems good on paper but haven't tried it yet.

Starstruck can be demolished by by puny For The People and Buckle Up combo (on a single person) which is very popular right now and it can bodyblock the hell out of your exposed effect.
Spies... I used to see this as one of the worst vision perks. Yes, it can get survivors offguard but it's hard to not think about a better replacement.
Nowhere to Hide is one of my favourite perks, especially if used together with Lethal Persuer to extend the duration. Makes wonder on so many different killers.

But to say this is OP? An "overpowered" kinda means it needs to be nerfed and... No - i just directly disagree

Or, if you down a survivor next to others, which happens at the beginning of the match in most cases.

Starstruck is not only good on dumb altruistic players trying a flashlight save, it will activate if you're in a certain radius within the killer's radius, meaning that if you down a survivor while the others are repairing a nearby gen, they all will get the exposed effect.
Spies from the shadows are one of the best perks you can equip, it changes the entire match.

I haven't met any survivors using those perks so far.
I don't think spies is bad at all, especially that survivors don't expect it to be equipped, so they alert all crows and get caught easily by the scratch marks.

I do think that they are op but I don't want them to be nerfed, they've helped me win most matches, I'm just stating how powerful they are.

They are all op against babies that don't know how to loop one tile, let alone string tiles together.
Nowhere to hide? Who's hiding? Strong survivors stick gens until they know they have to run to a tile. Again see point one.
Starstruck and awakened awareness are lethal on the right killers. That would be the only overpowered combo at play here.

Any build works against survivors that aren't strong SWFs. My STBFL, fired up, brutal, bamboozle works wonders against said potatoes.

And your opinion on OP is a bit off. Spies is only OP when it melts your brain due to the amount of explosions going off.

With the exeption of nowhere to hide most of those perk are kinda ok. Why would i go toward the killer when im expose cause of starstruck and if dont go near the killer awekened awareness wont spot me and spies feom the shadow just give you a noise notification when a crow fly you can see them flying with your eyes already the only usefullness of this perk is when you are indoor.

Im sorry to say this but this wont make me leave my gen.

this build heavily relies on the map which is not ideal. It's good on small maps but I'm pretty sure it sucks on huge ones. The only "op" perk I see is Nowhere To Hide which can be considered to be meta on gen defence builds but you use it in chase-oriented builds. I guess you rely on Nowhere To Hide to find survivors who might hide near gens while being exposed. Not ideal again because good survivors make distance instead of hiding when they are exposed with starstruck. I would replace nowhere to hide with agitation and spice from the shadow with distressing.

Let's go take a look back at 2016 DBD when SFTS was an "S" tier perk. What changed since then?

1. Crows used to be literally everywhere. They were between loops, the edge map and just all over the place.
2. Crows had an 8m trigger and now have a 0-1m trigger. Let that sink in.
3. You can duck past crows.

He's obviously a very inexperienced player.
