DLC - specifically Terror & Survivor Expansion packs

I am curious, does anyone know if the items on Epic Games' site currently on sale at 45% off are just codes for the in-game menu, or are they steam keys?

Asking bc none of my DBD activity shows up in the profile I have there, so I am assuming I'd need to locate specifically *steam keys*, all gaming stuff shows there. I don't want to buy the packs directly from Epic then have them not work for input on steam, in-game but instead be tied to my Epic Games' DBD profile (which shows zero progress or achievements). I am guessing some people bought the game directly from Epic...

*I did get codes before for DBD, but those were for free bloodpoints and anniversary stuff, and you enter those in the DBD in-game menu manually. TIA.

I'm 100% sure they're not Steam keys.

Ended up just buying the bundle for game+surivor+terror expansion bundle directly via EG on the ~50% sale, was still far cheaper.

Unfortunately, although the "link account" and "sync" functions worked at Behavior for Steam and Epic, the MERGE function did not (for either), so the DLC did NOT show up on the Steam install.

I found discussions on reddit of ongoing issues with the merge function for some, despite following all of supports' recommendations and fixes. The lucky folks, it just worked 1st time.

It was only a weeks' progress and the loss was softened by the 1M BP and knowing I wouldn't waste future BP on crappy perks and killers or survivors that don't work well for how I enjoy playing.

*Just closing the thread for anyone looking at the DLC and trying to decide which way to go on buying. Shame that the Steam DLC for DBD isn't discounted same as on the EG site.

Am convinced the personal touch is lacking in Killers these days, so see you on a darkened path soon!!
