I'm missing 2v8 mode

2v8 was much more interesting, and I hope it will replace boring 1v4 mode in the future with all the available killers and perks.

Yeah, used to play both killer and survivor. I could see the issues on both sides and then 2v8 came along and my energy for the game was renewed. Used to play daily to a few times a week at the minimum but have only touched it once since 2v8 left.

The game has massive holes in it and 2v8 exposed them. It gave people a taste of something new and exciting and now it's gone. You can't exactly going back to eating ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Yeah, I totally agree this game is so boring again. 2v8 was so refreshing. Now its the same boring perks every single game sigh.

Yes, I miss the 2vs8 mode too, I've never had so much fun in DBD, so killer and as a survivor in the mode as it was. If the killers and the survivors could use perks, I think it would immediately take away the fun again, so please don't release any perks when the mode comes back or even stays permanently, the class system was a very good solution, that helped that it was so much fun. I played the mode every day of the 3 weeks and now I want the 2vs8 mode back as soon as possible, the normal mode hasn't been fun for me for a long time, it's too easy as a killer and too tiring as a survivor because the killers are only tunneling and camping 90% of the games, the killers playing only meta perks, it's just annoying. I would also welcome an event where perks are simply deactivated. just dbd without perks, without items, without addons for killers. That would definitely be fun too. :D

i really miss having a killer buddy. i dont miss the ridiculously long queues though. if they manage to mitigate that, i would be happy to see 2vs8 again.

its all over we need 2v8 right now, 2v4 ist boring as ♥♥♥♥ and i dont like the perks. It was better when we had to find the items on the map like in 2v8.

Same here! I played 1 vs. 4, and it's kind of boring; it doesn't feel the same anymore compared to the 2 vs. 8 version.

Have it actually show the queue time. People will be more inclined to pick survivor when they see its a 2-3 minute queue compared to 10-20 minutes. Maybe give priority killer queue to someone that has played one or two survivor matches first.

There is no way to reduce the killer queue times while keeping the mode playable. Its simple math here that any asym has to deal with. If I hop on the game by myself, I can choose to do survivor or killer. If I am gaming with a friend, its survivor. There are a lot of duos and trios in solo queue hell. With the 2v8, I need two friends free at the same time to be forced into survivor. With just a friend, we can do killer together, and that just brought so many more people to the killers side. So unless survivor in 2v8 becomes so much more powerful, like handing out shotguns, killer will never have a short queue.
