From the perk's description it doesn't seem to bring that much, it also relies a lot on your ability to do great skill checks with a continuous Skill Check cursor speed increase ; but I might be wrong, so I'm here to read from other perspectives.

Tbh I think it's pretty bad. Even if you master the art of always hitting great skill checks, I believe there are better perks to bring.

I do. My current build is. Invocation Weaving Spiders, This Is Not Happening, Resilience, and Hyperfocus. Generators fly even when I'm doing them alone with no toolbox.

Stake out+hyperfocus is good for fast repair but there many perks that increase repair speed and cost only 1 perk slot while also work always(not token based). But ofc you can just do full gen build(stake out+hyperfocus, deja vu, prove thyself, resilience...)

I listed perks. Thats why i wrote "..." in the end. Like choose what perk you prefer

it's bad with current killer meta such pain res/grim/dms/jolt, it spoil your hyperfocus tokens by you forcing you to stop, I think tokens should stay if you got interrupted

You need Stake Out on this build, bro.

It's not hard to hit great skillchecks while you have 120 fps and you look at sky for a smooth fps and Stake Out is situational since more killers run boring stealth perks

Yes, because dbds optimization is terrible if you look in the middle, because of this the skill check arrow doesn't go smoothly, so when I hear the skill check sound I look up or down and then it is much easier to hit the white zone

i dont think i ever ran it unless i got it during chaos shuffle, as much as id like to run stake out as well, i constantly run into every possible stealth killer, especially chucky GF and wraith who have undetectable on demand

By itself its pretty mediocre. You can combine it with other perks to make it much more effective, but that doesnt change fact its not super amazing. It's not awful or unusable, just that their are perks that offer similar benefits but at much greater ease, like bardic inspiration making everyone on gen your playing at get pretty decent buff to progression on skill checks if you get lucky roll. and doesnt require you to sweat hyper speed great skill checks.

I wished Hyperfocus was better, I believe it was in the PTB when it came out.

Hyperfocus is great, just bring a toolbox refresh build with it and its like youre two people. 3 gens fly so fast.
