Nemesis buff
As much as I appreciate the old needed contamination points are back, the licker's tongue buff is not good. It's close to bad but not super bad. Let's discuss this buff further and see if BHVR did a good job about licker's tongue and contamination points.

Initially, old points coming back to Nemesis is very huge and satisfying. It helps us Nemesis mains to have fun even more. This was a very good buff or should I say reversal.

Secondly, the licker's tongue. The old one, I mean PTB wasn't released yet but this one right now? They brought a MAGNIFICENT character into DBD, made his power "not bad", programmed zombies AI's like they were eating a sandwich, made his addons literally the rubbish itself and they made an addon that gives them 0.75 more hinderence after being contaminated. What were they thinking? I don't know. Survivors gain haste when they are contaminated as if their lifes are in danger. First of all, contamination doesn't do BULLCRAP to survivors, it doesn't harm them excessively and put them in a "THIS IS NOT FAIR, KILLER OP NERF NERF!" situation. After being contaminated, survivors gain a hinderence that is smaller than an atom and they are given a huge haste. After that, what happens? Nothing. Oh, you want to add this one here. They cough when they are healthy. Well, not bad huh? You can detect them haha... yeah mate, they can run. You know that aye? Survivors are not stupid. Other than that, nothing else happens.

Let's see the update on licker's tongue then, shall we?
Now without the addon "licker's tongue", survivors will gain 20% hindered status effect (same as before) for 2 SECONDS. And licker's tongue adds 3 additional seconds to this hindered status effect. I'll explain if this really helps the big boi Nemesis.

Survivors gain haste when they are hit for 2 seconds or maybe higher than that. The 2 second hinderence still does nothing. 3 additional seconds helps you... uh.. not that much.
Hold on let me explain. Let's imagine a straight line in a map. In that line, there are 2 things. First, the pallet then the window. Let's say the distance between them is 24-35 meters. Before PTB buff Nemesis, contaminates the survivor and the survivor makes it all the way to the window. Also they can literally sit there and teabag at you before they vault the window. (This doesn't matter if the last one is a pallet.) In addition, you may even lose the survivor even though the contamination didn't affect them anything.

Time for PTB Nemesis. When he contaminates the survivor, the survivor will pass the pallet , no issues, and they will be between the pallet and the window. Does Nemesis gain distance on them? Yep. Does the survivor lose distance? Hell yes. But is the survivor in a big trouble because of this buff?! No. The only thing Nemesis gains is that he cannot lose the survivor and the person who is playing Nemesis feels better due to the gap closing.

Let's finish this off with contamination points.
When Nemmy was released, people didn't know how to play against him (FREAKING OBVIOUSLY) and they complained a LOT. "Nemesis gets to Tier 3 fast, nerf him!!" First of all, Nemesis' power isn't much of a threat to you guys. As a Nemesis, you need to rip your a** off to hit a tentacle strike in an open area. Sure it's easy to hit it in enclosed places but still you guys have a chance to dodge the whip in enclosed spaces. Survivors press A or D on their keyboard (or move their joystick to right, left) and dodge the whip. Meanwhile, Nemesis has to predict where you might dodge, where to swing the whip and also he HAS TO give more effort to his power in order to get a hit. Like come on survivor mains. You gain 3 health states, NO NO. You can gain 5 HEALTH STATES against Nemmy. How? Here's how:
1. You got hit by the whip.
2. Another hit, doesn't matter whether he uses M1 or M2.
3. You can use dead hard.
4. You can stack up MoM.
5. Others take hits for you.
6. Here's an additional one... you FINALLY go down because this is what the game is all about.

Survivors... you guys are meant to go down. You will eventually go down. THIS IS THE POINT OF THE GAME. Nemesis is a B tier killer and yall can beat him up easily now.

If you ask me, the hinderence buff is whack. It's rubbish. They should've have increased it more BECAUSE YOU GUYS DON'T GET IN ANY DANGER UPON BEING CONTAMINATED.
However, it's something for us. I like/hate it. It's ultra meh.

Ultimately, I anticipated something more. They should have buffed him up to a point where he reached VERY LOW A TIER. Let me know your thoughts down below. Bye! :ds_hello:

Just give him a one time use rocket launcher out of a care package when the exit gates are powered and call it a day.

The way the little explosive locks went off before he lifted it from the care package was sexy. I'd give a few frames up if they were included. 😍

Guys, don't comment weird stuff. A rocket launcher will never be added. That doesn't fit the game's balance.
