No longer ps4 controller support?

I have had the game since it came and pretty much have always used ps4 remote with out any programs or using big picture mode. But recently downloaded it again the remote does not work in dbd it works on every other game just fine just not dbd.

I had to enable Steam Input for the PS4 Controller in order for it to work in DbD. It'll allow the buttons to be remapped to keyboard buttons.

Steps:
1) Put Steam in Big Picture Mode
2) Launch the Dead by Daylight game.
3) Under DbD > Controller Settings > Controller Settings
4) Enable Steam Input for the PS4 controller.

If you don't see the on-boarding step by step menu to setup your controller in Big Picture Mode, then try enable the PS4 support settings.
In Steam > Settings > Controller > Playstation Controller Support > Enable in Games w/o Support (dropdown menu)

I can confirm that the PS4 controller would not work in Steam's DbD if these settings aren't enabled. Even though the PS4 gamepad controller can navigate the Steam Big Picture Mode just fine both wired in and with bluetooth wireless.

Afterwards, it'll just look practically the same as if you were playing DbD on the Playstation console. With the cursor being a big circle, etc.
