Blast Mine Not Working?

According to the description of the perk, I need to press my Activate Ability 1 key to apply Blast Mine to the generator. However, this prompt never shows up when it is active. When I'm working on the generator or standing next to a generator, I only receive the option to Repair the generator, nothing else. I even tried pressing the button despite not having the prompt to do so but still nothing.

My Interactions key is: F
My Active Ability 1 key is: E

Any ideas?

Yes, and as I've stated the perk becomes active because I have made 50% repairs to generators, yet I do not receive any indication that I can use the perk.

It's possible that there's a bug or that someone else has placed a landmine on this motor

U can't place blast mine on regressing gens as far as i know, could be bug too, check dbds bug reporting sections
