Question about Scout in 2v8

I was playing as a scout and I noticed the generator I was on was yellow, like I was getting a boost in my repair speed.

But I couldn't see anyone, I was alone I think. Unless a guide was hiding in a locker.

Is that normal for scout or something else, I was reading their perks and couldn't see anything about repair speed.

you get a repair speed boost if the killers have the advantage (aka multiple hook stage for no gen completed)
