The free gift in the shop this week is 20 rift fragments
it's usually just blood points. If you don't know where it is, it's a chest on the bottom right of the "featured" tab in the shop.

I got 40k Bloodpoints. Maybe because my rift fragments are max out?

Well the new event will max you out most likely 3x rift fragments
