Do they usually run half off sales during holidays?

Asking as a player thats only been playing a couple of months, I see that characters are half off when it comes to shards and was wondering if i should expect the same thing for thanksgiving or xmas. Just bought artist with 9k shards like 2 days before the event not knowing it would be cut in half. Thank you

Actually you can write on DBD support and ask them for refund on Artist. They aren't able to give you half of the price back but they are able to refund entire character so you can buy her again at discount. You won't lose any perks or progress on her, so it's just a question about your time.

And yes, half off sales are usually on those big events. + 1-2 per month are sales on Steam on DLCs.
