Anyone else having this problem?

I have been getting initialization error when i open both dbd and the ptb. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix it? i have tried restarting my game, uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure my computer is up to date, and that i am on the right game version. Nothing I do works. I have sent in a ticket to bhvor but they have not responded. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I haven't tried the PTB, but I have been getting the Initialisation error. Quitting Steam and booting it back up in Administrator mode fixed it for me.
