Then we made hooking less attractive again with perks like Reassurance and Deliverance and things like OTR/Babysitter/whatever activating after hooks so hooking is no longer attractive (or even the correct choice in most scenarios).
See, a smart playerbase would go back to running Unbreakable enough, like in the old days, until the meta is shifted forcibly because of it, like it has in the past. A smart playerbase, though.
Be better at looping.
Be better on generators.
Don't take perks that make the Killer feel like it is more rewarding to slug you (Boil Over, Decisive Strike, Borrowed Time, etc.)
Don't play in a manner that is overly annoying (body blocking with basekit offhook endurance, etc.)
No, there is no "fix".
Stop telling people to “run Unbreakable” or “run Boon: Exponential,” a killer doing this will camp their slug-rendering Unbreakable worthless-it grants zero endurance and is usable once per match. They’ll also notice if you keep picking yourself up and find and snuff the boon.
You can't fix skill issues with "Crutch perks" (Which don't exist mind you, crutch perks is a meme) but you can use natural skill / efficiency and build on it with perks.
Killers aren't going to win let alone be able to hard slug if you are doing vaguely what you are supposed to.
