missing cosmetics

so.. is anyone else missing some of their cosmetics after this patch update? i dont have my 2018 lunar new year huntress mask. nor do i have the bloody version of the default axe. anybody else have the same issue?

Try changing filters its the button next to the search bar on the customation menu. It looks like a tag. Only thing tagged should be owned. Still this does not sound like this is the problem but it might make them reappear.

Also missing my L4D2 shirts , did those cosmetic not disappear before with another patch? I think it got fixed pretty fast last time.

You have to open a ticket on Behavior's tech support. I checked my cosmetics and Hound is still there. Its the mask I always use as I like that one.

I'm glad you pointed it out my 2018 lunar new year huntress mask is gone too, strange I had it before the patch.
