I stopped playing dbd for a while and ended up missing some content. Can someone tell me if the Midnight Snack outfit for Thalita will ever come to the in-game store? Is there any way to voice this type of request to the developers?

Aside from Legacy, Deep Rift and some licensed outfits, all outfits are likely to come back sooner or later. Outfits from the rift will at some point be added to the shop and some outfits are seasonal (Halloween, Christmas, or event-related for example).

I don't know how this outfit got into the game, but most likely it was from a rift. That means your chances are good that it will be available in the shop, but I can't tell you when this will happen.

It was a Skin from Tome 20 Mythic, which ran from 16 July 2024 till 8 October 2024, so IF it gets into the Store, the earliest would be around November 2025, never saw a Rift Skin come back in the first 12 Month after the associated Rift ended.
