I have long suspected the developers' indifferent attitude towards their community, but after the ban on the sale of the Junji Ito collection in some regions, I was only finally convinced of their crappy attitude. I strongly don't recommend downloading this game, as in the future, in addition to the skin collection, DLC may be potentially blocked too.

i lost desire to support dead by daylight too it was my favorite games but not with this developers.2 days passed and they still have not given any statement or anything about it despite advertising the skins before they release in banned countries and now they dont talk about it like it was nothing its super fishy what they are doing

If you can’t have the cosmetics for all players might as well don’t promote it in the beginning. "cannot' or "unable" are not the answer.

The indifference attitude you have, deleted the promo video secretly, no official apology, no response, no nothing for players from those areas is just arrogance, straight up insulting and racial discrimination towards all affected players and the artist Junji Ito.

Again, we need the problem fixed, a proper explanation, and sincere apology and amends on every public and social platform.

How long is BHVR going to pretend nothing is happening? (Junji Ito Collection)

We have a situation where a cowardly company has not provided us with an answer to our question for days. Where is the Junji Ito Collection for China, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Israel, Serbia?

To be honest I don't care what other players think about this, I only care why some players have privileges and others don't.

We have not received any official explanation or apology, obviously they don't care about their players, how can you ignore those who play your game and pay you money? It's just a disgrace.

We need a proper explanation to be posted.

To pretend that there is no problem and ignore it is so in the style of BHVR.

I'm not spending any more money on this lousy game.

We just need a positive response, not something like:
"We are always committed to making game content available to all players, but this is not always achievable. Unfortunately, the 'Junji Ito Collection' cosmetic items are not available for purchase or use in certain regions. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration caused by this!"

We need a formal reason, not a few brief sentences that render the trust between players and the development team, as well as players' passion and love for the game, utterly worthless.

We are more reluctant than anyone to see things come to this, but undoubtedly, the inaction of a certain company has escalated this farce to a point where everyone is dissatisfied.
