why is junji ito skin not showing in store? is it region lock?

I have tried verifying files and rebooting but the Junji Ito skin doesn't appear. Is there a solution?

I have the same problem. I'm from Bosnia, I tried several times to restart steam and PC, there was no collection. I installed PTB today, it also didn't show up, but other players have access to it.

Have you tried to get your friend who got junji ito in the store to log in to your account?
