I rarely see it these days. Also, when making a list of best perks I wouldn't put a perk on top that only activates once the exit gates are opened.

Just bc it only pops once doesn't make it weak, Adrenaline is really strong and is a top tier perk

adrenaline is only worthwhile in one situation which is that you are downed and the exit gates popped because if not then just bring hope, not to mention how many other useful perks can do what adrenaline does and better such as sprint burst, lithe, balanced landing and even non exhaustion perks like hope, resilience and deja vu which are all perks that can activate multiple times in a match and provide more value compared to adrenaline
