does surge and call of brine works together?
if any gens are damaged by surge, will the call of brine effect apply to these gens?

No, perks like Call of Brine, Pop Goes The Weasel, Overcharge etc only apply when you kick the gen yourself. Damaging them remotely does not put other perks on them.

Just to be clear look how bad CoB got nerfed. It used to give 200% regression and now it gives 125% regression.

That means CoB is completely dead and there is basically no reason to use it. Name a perk in DBD that if it lost 75% of its effectiveness that you would still use.

Best part about CoB is that it only got nerfed because overcharge got buffed. Dead ever since while overcharge is still somewhat usable.
