Exit block by Entity?

Had a match against the ghoul where the Exit was blocked by the entity. Checked perks/add ons/ Offering after match and it didn't make sense?
The ghoul
Enduring/ Brutal strength/ Hex Blood favor/ Hex Undying
Offering-Survivor pudding
Add ons- Kaneki's satchel/ The black goats egg
From what I read NONE of these things can block the exit but for some reason the Entity blocked the exit and i died cause of it. Is it a glitch or something built in I don't know about ?

if kaneki grabs you at the exit gate the exit gates are blocked for a sec..kinda like how the twins stop you from leaving if you get grabbed

That I can understand. However 1. I was not injured when he jumped. 2 they were blocked for over 10 seconds even after he grabbed me. Other survivors were able to leave but i was not

This happened to me also. Others could leave but I could not.
Can not recall what all the killer used but They did have on no way out.
Was odd

It's the same thing they took away from houndmaster. No idea why they thought ghoul needed that as well. lol.

If you get grabbed with his power the exits get blocked for 5~ seconds (after the hit animation ends). Like Wesker or Twins (and Pig, technically). You can still escape as long as you don't run away from the exit. If he hits you, you'll have time to crawl or fall out into the gate exit line.

People saying "you can still escape" forget that the Grab of Ghoul is just fast enough for them to recover from it AND m1 you while the Entity Block is still active.

For me, right after I got M1-ned I collisioned INTO the block and was away enough for him to pick me up and get a free kill because of this.

It is unfair and that Entity Block has to be either reduced in duration or completely removed.

I've hit many people with it and been hit by it many times, only getting one person because they moved weird as I M1'd them. It is more than possible to escape.
