Why add an anime styled killer to a realistic game? And its extremely unbalanced too

Anime is fine as long as it's done right, like anything else would. The problem is with how it's presented. The edgy overdone laugh (Rize's giggle isn't quite as bad) and the exaggerated mori animation are what kills it thematically, while the broken power is what ruins it mechanically. It's like his whole character was based around appealing to angsty depressed 14-year-olds.

Haha! Ken Kaneki is a depressed anti social kid in the beginning. I don't think Rize ever was. She is more like a sociopath in the anime.

He is still miserable to play against, and I refuse to play him and put that misery on others. He is still buggy AF. Downed pallet and can still hit me over it, wtf. Kaneki is just stand there and wait for match to be over. Cool idea bringing him, total nightmare to play. Thank god more killers are being played or this game would be on back burner, or just play killer and give people variety.

As others have already stated, There's no point complaining about "realism" in a video game such as this, One that makes literally no effort to be realistic (by intent), And so yes that means unrealistic killers too

I mean the game has many flaws but its not exactly known for being realistic in anyway shape or form, You have more silly stuff like Trickster, Chucky, Dracula and even Lich who are all silly additions that again, Have been added to the game to further push itself away from realism, And since the game does have themes of magic/fantasy/Science fiction, You really shouldn't be having a problem with unrealism/model styles as much as you are

I would argue Ken is more thematically styled to DBD than most other characters, Only complaint i would have is that his tentacles look ridiculous and he screams about 80% more than he should, Its the equivalent to having a screaming steve next to me all game
