Literal facts, so much it is like RPD launch again back when I was on console, time to uninstall till fixed
1.) That would utterly obliterate his mobility since the 3 leaps are what makes him good, 2 leaps doesn't go too far. Just mend and you wont have an issue.
2.) His Kagune isn't a projectile in the anime and manga nor would it make any sense, so that wouldn't work.
3.) He already has a cooldown both when he lands and hits a survivor with his kagune.
4.) No hes goated.
If you want non-insane nerfs: reduce the targeting area (both because it's enormous and it makes it impossible to aim past survivors, so it kind of limits skill in both directions); make the damage-grab a bit shorter range (but not the mobility one).
I don't think they should change him really. He is good where he is. He does get a quick hit, however after this he is a M1 killer if the survivor has proper movement and understands tile sets resulting in potentially long chases.
There is a slowdown after leaving Kagune leap, it is just dangerous enough to actually be something to consider when in chase by both sides. By Him because it can easily make him miss loop timing, and by surviviors as it can decide if the survivior is hit. It is in a great place in my opinion. Any more slowdown and it will feel awkward, and any less and it will result in it feeling too versatile.
Lastly, getting rid of the killer is a terrible suggestion. Whut was the point in doing the work to put him in the game just to get rid of him... and again he is in a good place.
(And what you are talking about still slows him, enough to make a major difference. Lol.)
legit and all these people saying "the skill ceiling" for the killer like there is ANY at all when the killer gives free damage for 0 effort and mobility that kills you if they decide to insta break a pallet
