Champion of light
Champion of light is the single best stealth perk in the entire game and I will not explain to you why.

I think it would be better if it caused hindered with or without blind status on flashlights only, and/or Lightborn increased the duration needed for blind rather than providing total immunity. To further compensate, there could be more killer perks that temporarily take items out of play, scourge, totems, etc. For survivors.. maybe some new item and offering variety? Green keys from chests with no addons might as well be a debuff. The fog offerings have limited effectiveness within the current state of so much aura reveal, and brighter maps.

good for you i guess is not like "stealth" as strat has been nerfed to the ground since maps got smaller and brighter , the only thing that this perks punish is when people are not using a good headphone device or if u are facing potato players.

the slowdown effect only affects m1 killers while the top tier ones dont give a f about it.
wasting 1 perk slot to make flashlights slightly more useful outside of swf isnt worth running IMO and i like meme perks a lot but this perk is mediocre.

Don't take away my favourite perk, Lightborn isn't that strong, there is no need to nerf it at all.

The Stealth attribute of the perk has nothing to do with the blind (:

Great way to piss off a killer, or just to zip around at silly speeds with Fixated while recovering exhaustion. I don't know that stealth is the word I would use for it, but to each their own lol

Okay we are deep enough in this post for me to say it without many people seeing this, The Stealth attribute of this perk is the speed you get when using the flashlight, expecially with Fixated. While you are using the flashlight you are considered "Not sprinting" by the game. Because your not sprinting, you do not leave scratchmarks. Run this with a high durability flashlight and you have what I call, "The walking cane build" ANY time you wish to lose scratchmarks point the flashlight at the ground and power walk away at sprinting speed. Killer coming to your generator? Powerwalk to edge of the map. Lost line of sight of the killer? Leave scratchmarks running to a locker, then powerwalk 30 meters away around 4 different corners.

What this results in is the ability to unconditionally lose scratchmarks whenever you want. Which IMO is VERY strong, I have lost count as to how many chases I have successfully lost doing this, run iron will, so you can do it while injured aswell. This is not even mentioning how helpful just using the perk for its intended slowing purpose is. Killer's bringing light born does not stop you from being able to power walk still. And harassing ranged/stalk killers mid chase forcing them to flick shots at you, or suffer the blind+ slow is really really good too.

Also the reason I want this strat to be a secret is because the moment this becomes something people commonly do, killers will be able to expect it coming and expand their search range when they suspect somebody has done it. This strategy being niche is where it gets like 30% of its power. And people could learn to start listening for the single flashlight click you make when you start your walk.

Feel like the clicking and the bright beam of light negate most stealth vibes that provides, but if you're making it work more power to you lol. I prefer more traditional builds for stealth, Deception, Dance with Me, Quick & Quiet, Lucky Star (pretty decent since the buff!), Bite the Bullet w/ Self Care or Strength in Shadows. Lotsa possibilities without a beam of light as a tail. I wouldn't trust it myself, for stealth at least, I guess is what I'm getting at! lol

Well the point is that the killer does not have line of sight to you when you start your walk. I have found in most general stealth scenarios if it is POSSIBLE for the killer to see you in the first place you have already failed, This strategy has a really high skill floor just because you have to know when its appropriate to use it, you cant just use it whenever you want. You use it when you are mostly confident you can stop your scratchmarks in an unsuspecting spot, IE end of a highwall loop (The killer assumes your still there looping) or at lockers (The killer assumes you went inside) and if you have atleast 3 - 4 seconds before the killer catches up to your position and sees you (Usually after a pallet drop and kick). If the killer at any point has line of sight of you doing the powerwalk, you have already failed the stealth attempt. So the flashlight beam pointing at the floor does not matter as the killer is never meant to see it.
