How to Sprint out of an Instant Snowman?
Struggling... I tried everything

It needs to be a snowman that you create yourself at a snowpile, not just one you find on the map. Is that what you are trying?

If you mean the 'abandon challenge' then I can tell you that I waited for the prompt to press 'q' (put it back in the pocket) fill up to then jump out. It's kinda jank since it only counted if I could also press q.

It helped me stand a few seconds still and toggle "shift" after the second time it worked for me

Build a snowman from a pile, get in and either sprint out as survivor or lunge as killer.
