When will the mechanics of the Legion's chase music be changed?

I wish I could hear the full Legion chase music in every game，no one carries accessories that triggers additional Chase Music for the Legion,Should the designers make changes to the clan's additional chase music triggers?

What if i perfer a frank cosmetic but i enjoy joey or entity sound more? also what cosmetic would be the entitys music? only the blighted one? This would make the sound even less accsessible than now. At least you can sacrifice good add ons for good music right now.

Wait I actually like this idea, I would like to see this like, using Frank would add his Mixtape layer, but you can also still choose the Mixtape addons of others to add their Layers.
So the addons can still be used to add layers, but aren't required.

Or they could, you know, make the mixtape addons worth it to bring so we see them more

What if the cosmetics themselves had the tracks attached to them? They are all labelled with their respective legion members so you could add up to three. The more cosmetics release the more flexibility the system has.

Add-ons suck for it because you have to use bad ones to get most of them.
