Bone Chill Tome Bug

Anyone else getting 0 progress right at the first challenge of the Bone Chill event tome? Because I sure don´t and I´m heavily annoyed by it. Can´t progress whatsoever

I didn't get anywhere as a survivor then instantly got it as a killer. I'm not sure if it's bugged or if it's just *very* specific that it needs to be a "decoy" snowman, i.e. one left behind by someone using the new instant-snowman mechanic.

It seems to be a bug. People are having mixed results with it. Personally I still haven't gotten it to work yet either.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just got it. Had to do it while the snowman was screaming.

It is not bugged, you just need to hit angry snowman. Not the running ones

this is the solution. not every snowman counts for the challenge

easiest way to get it is by building your own snowman at a snowpile then go out of it and destroy it with a snowball
