The real problem of this game is the premade
Removing healing totems and slowing down medkits was a big mistake for solo players, who are now really in trouble unless they radically change their strategy. With the healing totems it was possible to heal without the help of teams that often think only of themselves without helping their teammates. Now it's really a matter of luck.
The problem with this game is still the same: the premade teams that led to all these nerfs for survivors. The solution was simple: create a separate section for those who invite their friends, and another for solo players.
It took so long to figure it out, I say?
For me the latest update is wrong, in all respects.

It's a problem when one side has to devote 30+ seconds to make progress that can be undone by 1/4 of the other side in 6 seconds. Survivors HAVE to be reliant on each other in order for the game to have any semblance of balance, because if they aren't and the Survivors can perpetually 1 v 1 the Killer, the game turns into Deathgarden, which died because the Killers couldn't do anything to hurt Survivors in a meaningful way even with perfect play.

Some people don't have friends. Some people's friends don't own or want to play DbD. You can't expect everyone to be able to play with friends. That is extremely unreasonable.

Some people don't have friends
Will this would have happened if you think gamers/online friends should be treated seriously like real-life friends.

A person who looks for a 100% perfect GF/BF won't find anything.

Some people's friends don't own or want to play DbD

you don't need this you have 3 new teammates per match which are enough.

You can't expect everyone to be able to play with friends.
not with a game that has an in-game friend system they won't spam DM like what if you friend them on steam.
r
if you find good players send a friend request it doesn't take more than 10 sec, you take all responsibility for making team on a team-based games

My friends don't like DBD - end of the story. Games like Guild Wars 1/2 are fine. Even Genshin Impact (which is great and one of the few FtP that don't actually require money). We all played and loved games like Resident Evil 2/3 (and now the remake of 4) and Alien: Isolation (the latter literally being DBD with bot Killers). However, no, they aren't interested in DBD.

My GF is interested - in watching my games and giving suggestions. If I follow them things go south fast, if I ignore them she gets pissy (this happens with all the games I play). Sometimes you can't win.

So, I guess that some people are just like me: they do have gaming friends but no one in DBD. Add to this that English is not my first language - a problem for others too - and while I can write and read English, and I understand it both in movies and IRL, following the hectic and idiomatic exchanges during the game while using a headset is not easy.

Anyway, as I wrote in the main forum, I'm having more fun as a Survivor after this patch. Dunno why but I'm not lying.

Solo players were fine before CoH was added.
And the problem was survivors being able to heal themselves quickly at all times.

the real problem are people who think that comms neccessarily make you a godlike player.
